Job Summary

  • As an Engagement Manager in our Canadian practice, you will be the key player on a team that guides customers through the solution delivery and deployment lifecycle by partnering with Workday leadership, consultants, and resource management.

Base: $112,000 CAD - $168,000 CAD; Bonus/Equity: May be eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus, annual refresh stock grants; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package

Key Requirements

  • 4+ years managing complex HCM/ERP implementations
  • 3+ years deploying Workday, PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP, Ultimate Kronos or similar
  • Prior experience with professional services consulting firm
  • Ability to travel up to 25% - 50%
