Job Summary

  • The Client Engagement Specialist is responsible being the key liaison between internal teams and customers for end-to-end billing accuracy, dispute resolution, compliance support, and customer financial relationship management across assigned portfolios, with primary focus on work order and web billing customers.
  • This role is critical to maintaining billing integrity, customer trust and satisfaction through transparent communications, and financial accuracy with our National Key Account customers.

Key Requirements

  • Experience in billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, or financial operations

  • Ability to interpret hourly billing rate variations
