Employees must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state laws and possess the ability to read and interpret technical procedures.
The role requires frequent lifting and moving of residents, maintaining accurate records of food intake and vital signs, and ensuring strict confidentiality of all patient information.
