Dentsu Aegis Network is seeking an Office Manager for their Makati City office to oversee operations and facilities management. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of relevant experience and strong organizational skills, while also being proactive in supporting various aspects of office management

Job Summary

  • Manage all aspects of the office operations and facilities functions of the agency at a mid-large sized office location.
  • Develop and implement strategies for effective and efficient operations, including front reception, office supplies, vendors, and overall office appearance.
  • Support local business unit staff in HR/TA, Finance, and IT where necessary and support the Managing Director of the office as directed.
