Job Summary

  • Serve as a key liaison between Pfizer US Vaccines Brand teams, Finance, and strategic partners to ensure accurate, effective, and efficient administration of A&P spend.
  • Execute day-to-day budget activities and maintain meticulous records, including project and PO creation, documentation, and spend tracking for auditing and compliance.
  • Learn and stay up to date in a variety of internal tools including Agency Management Processes, financial reporting systems (SAP), project finance management systems (POD and Ariba), and invoice tracking (Taulia).
