Job Summary

  • The Shift Lead is responsible for providing direction to recycling center staff to ensure that all tasks are performed in compliance with the Company’s safety and compliance standards, as well as with all federal and state regulations.
  • Provides direction to Sorters and other Recycling Center operations staff, ensuring compliance with all safety rules regarding Recycling Centers.
  • Increases production by minimizing down time and providing training.
