You will directly contribute to the flagship UpToDate Expert AI, a medical research agent transforming clinical reasoning for millions of physicians.
This high-autonomy position requires mentoring less experienced engineers while driving architecture and ownership of large-scale projects from concept to production.

Must-have
8+ years professional software engineering experience
Full-stack development with cloud services
AI Agent development and evaluation expertise
Secure SDLC and privacy-by-design practices
CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code proficiency

Experience with LangChain/LangGraph and MCP
Vector/RAG systems and OpenSearch knowledge
