U.S. citizenship required for security clearance
Active DoD Secret security clearance
Manage terminated program close-out finances
Lead team of financial analysts
Develop Estimates at Completion (EAC)
Execute Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and forecasts
Nice-to-have
Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS)
Familiarity with Agile implementation methodology
Strong ability to influence without authority
Experience with contract close-outs and terminations
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree plus 10 years experience or Advanced Degree plus 7 years
Must be a U.S. citizen eligible for government security clearance
Prior leadership experience managing teams of professionals
Proven experience in financial analysis and variance reporting
Active and existing DoD Secret security clearance required on day one
