Job Summary

  • The primary objective is to bridge the gap between two-year college partners, educator preparation programs, educational service cooperatives, and public-school districts.
  • Develop partnerships between all stakeholders in the educational process to ensure all parties are in conversation about teacher preparation, school performance, and student growth and achievement.
  • Facilitates training in state initiatives such as one-year supervised teacher residency, surveys, and focus groups, promotion of the pre-educator pathway, HQIM and lesson plan internalization, Educator Code of Conduct, Inclusive Practices, RISE Training, LETRS Training, coaching training, High-Impact Tutoring, career pathways, student success plans, and High-Quality Professional Learning (HQPL).
