This role will play a central role in shifting the non industrial safety performance in the Group, embracing mental health and a people-first approach.
You will partner with HR to embed a holistic approach to H&S, ensuring alignment across non-industrial sites with a dual focus on both physical safety and mental health.
The role requires strong leadership to influence and engage in a decentralized culture, spreading a culture of Health & Safety across the Group.
