  • The Building Operations Lead role acts as the first point of contact for FM governance, ensuring operational needs are met across Health, Safety and Compliance.
  • This role consolidates responsibility for monitoring compliance, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), supporting budget management, and coordinating Health & Safety and Environmental actions and auditing.
