The role is responsible for facilitating and coordinating the client onboarding process, ensuring smooth communication across Sales, Trading, Onboarding team, Operations, Clients, and supporting teams.
Identify & prioritize onboarding workflow pain points; propose AI assisted and Excel macro/Power Query/Power BI automations to reduce manual effort and turnaround time.
