Job Summary
The position offers prospective and current Penn State students the opportunity to gain experience in athletics media relations, communications, and content generation.
Student assistants will perform various tasks including recording statistics, assisting the media, transcribing press conferences, and managing team-specific social media accounts across 31 intercollegiate programs.
Level two assistants serve as primary communications officers for specific sports programs, generating feature content and responding to media requests under full-time staff oversight.
