Job Summary

  • This position is responsible for the strategic direction, operational excellence, and service delivery of enterprise infrastructure across Hosting, Network/Telephony, and Workplace experience.
  • Drives infrastructure modernization, enhances user experience, and leads the design and delivery of infrastructure solutions that support the broader BT and enterprise strategies.
  • Provides strong, values-based leadership, fosters a high-performing team culture, and ensures effective service management, execution of roadmaps, and alignment with business outcomes.
