  • Responsible for KONE's edge device technical planning and system architecture, tracking industry trends to ensure the advancement, feasibility, and scalability of the technology roadmap.
  • Collaborate efficiently with product, suppliers, testing, and external partners, accurately coordinating internal and external resources to resolve bottleneck issues during project development.
  • Responsible for the construction and management of the hardware team, including talent selection, training, performance evaluation, and capability ladder construction.
