Job Summary

  • The Continuous improvement Specialist supports and leads continuous improvement initiatives across both manufacturing and transactional environments, reporting to the CI Manager.
  • Drive process improvement projects using Lean methodologies, leading problem‑solving initiatives to address bottlenecks, improve productivity, quality, and lead time across manufacturing and transactional processes.
  • Train and coach employees on Lean and Six Sigma tools, supporting the spread of the CI culture and guiding colleagues through Continuous Improvement and certification paths.
