Job Summary
Lead the engineering team in improving process quality, OEE, and operational efficiency by eliminating losses and waste, while ensuring delivery of key performance indicators (KPIs).
Promote the 0-accident culture across the site, lead and develop the engineering team, and analyze processes, KPIs, and OEE to identify improvement opportunities.
Eliminate losses using Lean tools (SMED, Root Cause Analysis), drive shop floor transformation initiatives, and participate in Capex projects, providing process expertise.

Key Requirements
