Job Summary
The role supports Frenova Renal Research by providing administrative and clinical support for the implementation and conduct of clinical trials under the direct supervision of the Principal Investigator.
Responsibilities include obtaining and preparing regulatory documents such as FDA 1572, CVs, and IRB submission forms while ensuring timely submission to sponsors and IRBs.
The position requires assisting with subject screening, informed consent documentation, and accurate data entry into case report forms in accordance with Good Clinical Practice guidelines.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
2-4 years related experience preferred
Minimum 18 months medical or clinical research setting
Ability to understand patient medical records
Strong organizational and communication skills
Good computer skills including MS Excel
Nice-to-have
Associate's Degree or Certified Medical Assistant
Experience leading Clinical Research Assistants
Willingness to travel 10% to other facilities
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
Key Requirements
