Job Summary

  • Monitors, implements, and coordinates daily technical service operations, executing and following up on the operation and maintenance of all technical systems within the facility.
  • Conducts periodic testing, maintenance, and inspections of fire alarm, safety, and firefighting systems, ensuring continuous operational readiness and carrying out periodic maintenance and inspections of guest areas, rooms, and all mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Tracks work orders through technical software systems, resolves deficiencies, prepares reports, identifies material requirements, manages inventory, places necessary orders, and continuously improves maintenance programs.
