You will be responsible for managing vulnerabilities on endpoints, including identifying affected devices, coordinating communication, and responding to tickets and emails.

Key Requirements
Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, IT Audit or related field or equivalent work experience
Familiarity with endpoint protection platforms (preferably Microsoft Defender)
Experience with ticketing systems and incident response workflows
Familiarity with Microsoft Purview capabilities (DLP, Information Protection, Insider Risk Management)
Experience collaborating with customer-facing teams for user notifications
Hands-on experience with vulnerability management tools and processes
IT experience with Microsoft 365 technology in an enterprise-level multinational organisation
Relevant Microsoft 365 and security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM)
Understanding of outsourcing principles on operational, tactical, and strategic levels
Experience working in highly regulated environments like financial institutions
Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple vulnerability cases
Comfortable translating technical vulnerability data for various audiences
Ability to manage stakeholders on all organisation levels
