Bel Vista Healthcare Center is seeking a Remote Resident Care Manager - LPN to assist the Director of Nursing in overseeing nursing staff and ensuring quality resident care. The ideal candidate will have a nursing degree, management experience, and the ability to communicate effectively with staff, residents, and families

Job Summary

  • Assists the Director of Nursing in directing activities of licensed and non-licensed personnel whom provide health care and nursing services to residents on a 24-hour, 7day per week basis.
  • Oversees clinical operations, including making daily rounds and monitoring resident conditions, and is responsible for ensuring resident safety and that residents are treated with the utmost respect.
  • Must keep abreast of regulatory changes and communicate changes appropriately.
