Job Summary
This temporary position will be assigned to the Department of Health and Human Services and involves working with families and providers to develop functional Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs).
Duties include working with multidisciplinary teams to determine families' needs for supports and services, conducting home visits, coordinating and facilitating services, and participating in the authorization and monitoring of early intervention services.
Temporary employees who work an annual average of 30 or more hours per week may be eligible for health insurance coverage under the High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP).
