Must-have

  • Cert IV Leisure and Health or Diploma of Leisure & Health
  • Experience in aged care home settings
  • Implementing leisure and lifestyle programs
  • Working with people with dementia
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills

Nice-to-have

  • Bachelor of Health Science in Recreational Therapy
  • Experience with Autumn Care software
  • Understanding of resident rights and responsibilities
  • Flexible availability including weekends
  • Compassionate and caring approach to care

Key Requirements

  • Cert IV Leisure and Health, Diploma of Leisure & Health, or Bachelor of Health Science
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card) or valid National Criminal History Check
  • Availability for part-time permanent position and weekend work
