  • As a Compensation Analyst, you will be a key resource for compensation questions, supporting complex job offers, conducting benchmarking analyses, and advising on compensation recommendations.
  • The role involves supporting the creation of the annual compensation strategy, conducting market analysis, building cost models, advising on new hire compensation, and developing training and communications.
