  • Key accountabilities include completion and management of administrative tasks such as logging complaints, responding to inquiries, providing call downloads, administering bereavement contacts, simple payment transactions, and managing mailboxes.
  • The role holder is expected to ensure customer activity requirements are met, service level agreements are achieved, and to provide exceptional customer service through various communication platforms.
