• Partner closely with senior leadership to influence and shape business strategy by providing advanced financial insights, identifying potential risks and opportunities, and ensuring that financial considerations are central to all key decisions.
• Drive business/district performance: sales, profit margin, costs, working capital, and credit management.
• Ensures the organization’s financial practices adhere to the highest standards of integrity and compliance, including adherence to internal controls, corporate governance policies, and regulatory requirements, while also identifying areas for improvement.

• 10 years or above relevant working experience
• Business partnering experience
• Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting or equivalent
• Familiarity with large, international, multi-matrix environment
• Hands-on competence with IT systems/Apps (SAP, Excel, EFR, PMA, SOFON, Foresight etc)
