Job Summary

  • The Occupational Therapist (OT) evaluates and treats patients referred by physicians, develops and implements individualized treatment plans, collaborates with interdisciplinary team members, and maintains accurate and timely clinical documentation.
  • Essential duties include evaluating patients, establishing treatment plans, treating patients per physician orders, documenting progress, and educating patients and families on adaptive techniques.
  • Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy, a California Occupational Therapist license, and current CPR/BLS certification.
