Job Summary

  • This position will report to the Americas Sales Director and is responsible for delivering profitable growth in USA & Canada by managing the sales team and coordinating multi-functional resources to achieve regional volume and profit targets.
  • Develop a high-performance team through effective leadership that includes setting clear objectives, tracking results, and providing ongoing coaching support and feedback.
  • The incumbent is expected to work in a matrix organization with a high level of self-steering and self-motivation, exhibiting leadership in every aspect of the job.
