Job Summary

  • This role serves as a subject matter expert on the Ten-X transaction platform while driving adoption and revenue growth across the Colorado region.

  • Candidates will partner with Regional Directors to develop strategic account plans and support complex transactions for key regional owner and broker accounts.

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 6+ years commercial real estate sales experience
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas
  • Consultative selling and account expansion strategies
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
  • Bachelor's degree from accredited university

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with large commercial real estate owners
  • Exposure to auction platforms or capital markets
  • Demonstrated experience supporting sales teams
  • Advanced degree in Business or Real Estate
  • Strong network of decision makers in CRE
