The Resource Family Trainer is responsible for delivering contracted training and home study models to prospective resource and adoptive parents in partnership with DCFS.
This full-time, grant-funded position requires extensive in-state travel and work outside normal office hours while maintaining compliance with state and federal laws.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or Master’s degree in any field
Two years professional experience with children and families
Preferred Master’s in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or Education
Preferred professional licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LAC, LPC)
Pre-employment background checks including child maltreatment and criminal
Proof of legal authority to work in the United States
