Job Summary

  • The Mental Health Technician shall provide patient care at the direction of the Charge Nurse or Registered Nurse.
  • This individual shall lead or serve as co-facilitator for patient groups, as well as to orient new patients to the unit environment.
  • The Technician shall complete safety/location checks of all patients and perform other care functions as assigned by the Charge Nurse.
