Job Summary
You will have responsibility for the full market P&L for the Ricolino brands in the US.
Translating strategic priorities into operational reality by aligning communication, accountability, resource capabilities, internal processes, and ongoing measurement systems.
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results and eligibility to participate in our long-term incentive program.
