Job Summary

  • You will have responsibility for the full market P&L for the Ricolino brands in the US.
  • Translating strategic priorities into operational reality by aligning communication, accountability, resource capabilities, internal processes, and ongoing measurement systems.
  • In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results and eligibility to participate in our long-term incentive program.
