Job Summary

  • The Renewal Manager is tasked with owning the renewal journey for our existing customer base in the DACH region, achieving high retention rates by acting as the primary point of contact for Enterprise and Mid-Market clients.
  • Collaborate at eye-level with Account Executives and Customer Success to identify expansion opportunities and maintain accurate 120-day forecasts with high data hygiene within the CRM.
