Job Summary
Lead the planning, implementation, commissioning, and operational transition of Building Automation and Intelligent Building systems across LTA’s office assets.
Ensure seamless integration of IBMS, Smart FM systems, occupancy-based controls, workplace analytics, and sustainability features to support LTA’s Smart Campus objectives.
Manage contractors, vendors, consultants and liaise with internal technical teams to ensure compliance with intended Intelligent Building System objectives and outcomes.
