Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related
• Chartered status (RICS, SCSI) strongly preferred
• 6-10 years' experience in cost management
• Proven experience in office fit-out cost management
• Experience in business development and client relations
• Strong understanding of Irish construction market
• Manage projects valued €2M+
