Key Responsibilities Business Development & Revenue Growth- Identify, develop, and close new B2B opportunities for qiksense across Southeast Asia. - Drive adoption of qiksense among enterprises, government agencies, brands, event organisers, agencies, and solution partners. - Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, discovery, product demonstrations, proposals, negotiations, and deal closure. - Build, maintain, and manage a predictable sales pipeline with clear revenue visibility. - Achieve revenue, customer acquisition, and market expansion targets aligned with company objectives. Regional Market Expansion- Lead market development efforts across Southeast Asia, including Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, and other priority markets. - Assess local market dynamics, procurement processes, customer needs, competitive activity, and partnership opportunities. - Work with local partners, resellers, agencies, and technology providers to support regional sales and deployments. - Identify opportunities for platform localisation, pricing strategy, packaging, and go-to-market adjustments. Partnerships & Strategic Alliances- Develop and manage strategic partnerships with agencies, system integrators, event companies, technology partners, and channel partners. - Explore and execute co-selling, reseller, referral, and channel partnership models. - Represent Real Nation and qiksense in regional meetings, industry events, partner discussions, and client engagements. - Build long-term strategic relationships that support scalable regional growth. Customer & Solution Alignment- Understand customer challenges and translate them into suitable qiksense-based solutions. - Collaborate with internal teams to define requirements, prepare solution proposals, and support solution design. - Ensure a smooth handover from sales to delivery teams for implementation and deployment. - Gather customer, partner, and market feedback to support product roadmap, platform
