This role oversees the entire bid production process including quantity takeoffs, labor and equipment analysis, material pricing, and risk assessments for projects valued up to $75 million or higher.

Must-have
Industrial construction estimating experience
P&ID and isometric drawing interpretation
HCSS HeavyBid software proficiency
Leadership in multi-discipline bid production
Risk assessment and contingency planning
Nice-to-have
Bachelor's degree in construction management
Experience with MSP or P6 scheduling tools
Background in civil concrete and structural steel
Conceptual estimate and ROM pricing skills
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years industrial construction estimating experience
At least 2 years in a leadership role
Ability to read technical schematics and P&IDs
Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite
