Evisort is seeking a Renewals Manager for specialized products to manage a portfolio of customer accounts, focusing on minimizing churn and ensuring successful contract renewals. The candidate will be responsible for executing the renewal process, negotiating terms, and collaborating with various teams to support customer success

Job Summary

  • Execute the end-to-end renewal process for a designated high-volume portfolio of specialized product accounts globally, ensuring on-time closure and minimizing financial attrition.
  • Conduct negotiations on standard renewal facets to maximize contract value while maintaining positive customer relationships, in close partnership with Deal Operations, Customer Success Managers and Account Executives.
  • Serve as a primary owner working with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, Finance, and Deal Operations to resolve commercial roadblocks and ensure seamless deal flow.

  • Experience with objection handling
  • Fluency in English
