Job Summary
You will play a vital role in supporting the safe, smooth and customer centred delivery of field operations outside standard business hours.
Your work will involve monitoring real-time jeopardy management across multiple channels, responding to technician queries, and reallocating tasks where needed to keep schedules on track.
You will also support the wellbeing and safety of field technicians by conducting HSE checkpoints, managing handovers and guiding teams through potential risks such as severe weather or unplanned outages.
