Job Summary

  • Duties and responsibilities Infrastructure Optimisation: Administer and maintain WAN, LAN, and Wi-Fi networks to ensure peak performance and maximum availability
  • Hardware Governance: Ensure all network assets, including routers, switches, load balancers, wireless controllers, and firewalls remain in good working condition
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Resolve complex network and security incidents, addressing performance bottlenecks and capacity constraints
