Job Summary
This role is critical to ensuring product supply, quality, cost efficiency, timely delivery, and compliance with industry standards for externally produced TS products.
The Director will be responsible for building strategic partnerships with the company’s supply sites and the MLT team to manage the supply of strategic products.
Key responsibilities include leading and managing all aspects of external manufacturing operations, developing and managing a risk management process, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements
Minimum 7-10 years of experience in manufacturing management
3-5 years focused on global external/contract manufacturing
Proven background in NPI process
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Electronics, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
