It directs and coordinates activities through subordinate team leads and other employees and is expected to effectively drive the overall performance of the store and store Logistics.
Through this important work, the Logistics Manager leads the team and rives the goals that directly impact customer satisfaction, store profitability, and Academy’s Purpose.

Key Requirements

Must meet federal and state requirements for selling firearms

Successful completion of Academy Leadership University
