The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in training engineering, particularly in the insurance sector, and demonstrate strong project management and relational skills

Job Summary

  • The Learning and Development department is responsible for steering and engineering the skills development plan, including content production, training advice, continuous improvement, and administrative follow-up within a Qualiopi-certified training organization.
  • You will be responsible for producing and/or managing the design of training actions, from needs analysis to ROI feedback, choosing the best pedagogical and technological methods, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
