Job Summary
Develop and incubate various KION channel dealers within the region, authorizing different channels to sell different KION products based on dealer and regional characteristics.
Train and guide dealer sales teams on sales skills to improve dealer output and develop action plans to ensure sales performance achievement.
Deeply participate in dealer sales for major or key projects to increase win opportunities and explore and find target customers in the responsible area for product promotion and sales.
