Job Summary

  • The Travel Operations Manager will be responsible for the operational delivery of Citi’s global travel program, travel services and the overall performance of the appointed Travel Management Company (TMC) to ensure high-quality and compliant travel program services in alignment with Citi’s Global Travel strategy and business objectives.
  • Support and manage the Global Travel Program delivery within Asia Pacific (APAC) geographies, ensuring best practice, operational efficiency and best in class travel services to deliver a seamless and enhanced employee experience.
  • Collaborate closely with the Global Travel team, Business & Travel Shared Services (BTSS) in-country/geography leads as well as other Key Stakeholders on global travel initiatives, strategies, program performance and best practices.
