Must-have
5+ years Database Administrator experience
5+ years management or team lead position
Strong English proficiency for cross-cultural management

Lead multinational teams for database platform operations
Nice-to-have
Expertise in diverse database environments including RDBMS and NoSQL
Experience designing large-scale cloud or private cloud platforms
Proven ability to optimize infrastructure performance and licensing
