The Utility Outage Coordinator manages utility outages to ensure effective and efficient operation of the health system utility systems.
This position evaluates proposed outages, identifies impacted stakeholders, performs risk assessment, and schedules communications to all parties involved.
The role requires working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, medical gas, DDC, and pneumatic control systems within a 24/7 medical center environment.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Two-year college degree or equivalent experience
1-3 years equipment and facilities operations experience
Proficient with MS Office Word Excel PowerPoint
Working knowledge of electrical plumbing HVAC systems
Ability to read electrical mechanical blueprints
Valid Ohio driver's license required
Nice-to-have
Excellent customer relations skills
Ability to work in high-pressure atmosphere
Experience in commercial or health care facilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of codes and standards
