Job Summary
Serve as Administrative Secretary within the Division of Medical Oncology in the Department of Internal Medicine, coordinating physician calendars, travel, and professional meetings.
Update CVs, track CME records, type evaluations, establish and maintain files, answer phones, and perform complex and confidential secretarial duties.
Act as a liaison with faculty, staff, investigators, labs, pharmaceutical companies, and other cancer institutions, initiating and following up on correspondence and preparing various documents.
