Job Summary

  • Serve as Administrative Secretary within the Division of Medical Oncology in the Department of Internal Medicine, coordinating physician calendars, travel, and professional meetings.
  • Update CVs, track CME records, type evaluations, establish and maintain files, answer phones, and perform complex and confidential secretarial duties.
  • Act as a liaison with faculty, staff, investigators, labs, pharmaceutical companies, and other cancer institutions, initiating and following up on correspondence and preparing various documents.
