Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or other relevant area
  • MBA or relevant business experience preferred
  • 8-10+ years of experience in a technical and/or business capacity
  • 2 years of experience in business development or sales
  • Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment
  • Experience in automotive or relevant other industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Internationalist
  • Able to complete self-directed tasks
  • Able to work autonomously
  • Able to communicate in English and local language
  • Fluency with automotive technical terminology
  • Extensive local, domestic and international travel
