Job Summary
The primary responsibility is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty, ensuring the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
Essential duties include administrative functions, committee participation, personnel management, nursing care provision, staff development, safety and sanitation oversight, equipment and supply management, and care plan development.
The role requires a current, unencumbered, active RN license, current CPR certification, and at least 2 years of experience, preferably in a long-term care facility.
